Our 2010 Chevy Camaro had a lift valve fail. This required a full engine replacement. It was taken to 2 Chevrolet dealership. One could not even run diagnostic for 2 to 3 months. The other one had diagnostic check done but not sure of the issue. Kody at The Auto Clinic was able tell by hearing the vehicle want was wrong with it. He and the team are straight forward on the cost and the reasoning for what needs to be completed on our vehicle. When the engine was taken out, the car had through look over to catch any more issues. The Auto Clinic is a rare shop in a era where everything has to have a diagnostic check. A true mechanic that has worked on vehicles is able to tell by listening instead of a huge fee. I recommend anyone with old or newer vehicles to go through this shop. They save you money and headaches.

I was having some trouble with my 2018 Elantra and not getting much information or help from the dealer --- Kody took it in and explained steps as he took them to save the engine. I called and was able to come in the next day -- great customer service and great work ethic and problem solving. I felt like he was being honest with me and not just shooting me a bunch of crap ... Car is running much better .. much better than the engine replacement the dealership want to do but not cover under warranty .. Thanks for the good service

While I had used The Auto Clinic before for small things like inspections, oil changes etc., on this particular occasion, I brought my truck into Kody for a significant repair to my truck after some knuckleheads tried to play mechanic and destroyed one of the heads. Kody and his team worked diligently to get the job completed and within a reasonable budget. As a single female, that knows very little about vehicle repairs, Kody took the time to explain everything as progress (and a small setback) was being made. He was very courteous, polite and respectful as well and didn't give me the standard "little lady" machismo attitude that I usually get from other auto mechanics. Ladies (or gents), if you need your vehicle worked on and don't want to worry about getting hussled, I couldn't recommend Kody and The Auto Clinic highly enough!

My truck was in the shop for needing new lifters and camshaft, ended up needing an engine! Kody and the guys got my engine in quickly and Kody was very professional and taking care of everything with my warranty company and the process of everything even when I was being difficult at times lol.....but by far the best mechanics and very honest mechanics at that! If I could rate higher than a 5 I would! Definitely have gratitude to the Auto Clinic with my truck!

Best Mechanic in El Paso. They are always upfront, honest, and go above and beyond to fix my car and my husbands truck. They fit you and in work around crazy work and kids schedule !!! I truly feel confident in what he says is wrong and cost.

Our car had an electrical problem as well as a shaky front brake problem. When we arrived at the clinic we were met outside by the owner. His friendly service was outstanding and the whole experience was amazing. We highly recommend this place. He is honest, fast knowledgeable and trustworthy. We will not go anywhere else from now on. Stopped here looking to do some fluid changes for the RV after many miles on the road. Kody and team took us in on a Monday morning and had us out in a few hours.
