I was greeted with friendly smiles from Valerie and Kody when I brought my Suburban in for a/c work. They informed me about what was needed. This place has a nice show room and waiting area. The crew did a great job and even beat the timeline they originally gave me. After being in the customer service industry for over 24 years, I would highly recommend this shop. I reserve 5 star ratings for only the very very best experiences. I showed up 20 minutes before they closed, and said that I really needed my service done that day. They were able to do the service, explain to me in detail about the state of my vehicle, and had the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time.
